Entry 10 - BERRY BLAST by Swetha Yalakanti


This recipe serves 4

Ingredients:

Blue berries - 20
Rasberries- 10
Strawberries - 5
Banana-1
Milk- 1 1/2 glass
Honey- 2 tbsp (acc to taste)
Vanilla icecream - 1 scoop
crushed ice

Method:

Fill 2 glasses in which you want to serve your drink with crushed ice and 2 more glasses with the fruit, then add milk to the glasses with fruit to fill it
add all the ingredients from all four glasses ( ice, fruit and milk) to the blender, add the scoop of icecream and the honey to it, then blend them into a
smoothie. Serve it immediately.
Advantages:

Blueberries and rasberries haved powerful anti oxidents which are very helpful for our health
Strawberries have the vitamin C and also the antioxidants
Banana is known for promoting healthy digestion and creating a feeling of youthfulness. They help promote the retention of calcium,
phosphorus and nitrogen - all of which then work to build sound and regenerated tissues.
Honey also offers incredible antiseptic, antioxidant and cleansing properties for our body and health.
