Entry 7 - WATERMELON JUICE by Anu Kiron


Recipe:

Ingredients:

2 cups chopped seeded watermelon
1 cup crushed ice
2 teaspoons honey(Except weight watchers others can add sugar)
1/4 teaspoon blackpepper

Preperation:

1. Combine WaterMelon,CrushedIce,Honey,Blackpepper in a blender until smooth.
2. Serve chilled and stir well before serving.

Advantages:

Watermelon,its a good thrist quencher espeiclly during summer by removing heat from the body and also a good source of vitamin C , Vitamin A and powerfulanti oxidants which protect us from certain cancers and asthamas.It is fat free and cholestrol free energy drink especially good for the heart, all the weight watcher can have this drink as most of us are very much worried to putdown weight.Apart from this it is very easy to prepare there is even no need to add honey/sugar because of its natural sweetness.Its really tatsy and a light drink especially along with breakfast/snacks.
